Mothers In Action will host its 28th Annual Back to School Celebration on Aug. 22 at the Los Angeles Sentinel offices, providing students and families with backpacks, school supplies, clothing, shoes, food boxes and other resources. The annual event is supported by community organizations, businesses, elected officials and individual sponsors committed to helping local families prepare for the new school year.
